Return Policy:

You can return your product up to 14 days from the original purchase date. All merchandise must be unused/unworn and returned in the original packaging, freight prepaid at customers expense. Please include a copy of the original receipt of purchase. A full refund for the price of the merchandise will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7 -10  business days after receipt of your return.

Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly.

All returns require a Return Authorization Number( RMA#)

Any products, which have been modified or damaged by the customer, will not be accepted for return.

Warranty Policy

Siberian Coolers offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty

This warranty does not include any manufacturer responsibility for any incidental or consequential damages, resulting from the use of the cooler. If warranty applies, the manufacturer will repair or replace, at their discretion, the cooler or any part or component that is deemed defective.

Siberian Coolers reserves the right to change products and designs without incurring any obligations to incorporate such changes into already completed products, or those in the hands of dealers or consumers. Products repaired or replaced under this warranty may or may not incorporate these changes.

Siberian Coolers warrants to be free from manufacturers defects in material or workmanship under normal use and service for a lifetime from the date of original purchase. If warranty applies, Siberian Coolers shall either repair the product or component or provide you with a replacement product or component if it proves defective under the terms of this warranty of the original purchaser. The warranty is not transferable. Owner must present original proof of purchase to obtain warranty service. This warranty is not valid if the product or components have been:

(1) used commercially
(2) damaged through abuse, misuse or neglect
(3) damaged in an accident
(4) unreasonably used or used for any purpose for which it was not intended
(5) repaired or altered in any way from it’s original configuration
(6) damaged due to any act of nature

Normal wear and tear, including dents, slight warping, delamination, scratches, discolouration, fading, nonsticking graphics or wear to latches, zippers or skid pads is not covered under this warranty. Loss of parts or components removed from the product is not covered under the terms of this warranty. Siberian Coolers is not responsible for incidental or consequential damage resulting from any malfunction. Siberian Coolers reserves the right to change products and designs without incurring any obligations to incorporate such changes into already completed products, or those in the possession of dealers or consumers. Coolers repaired or replaced under this warranty may or may not incorporate these changes.

Lid Gasket Seal  As part of any rotomolded cooler design, lid seepage is a normal function to aid cooler lid opening. Coolers are not warranted to be air tight. In most cases your cooler will open easily. In some cases when there is an extreme temperature or altitude change the lid may seal so tight you need to use extra force to lift the lid to open the cooler. Do Not use the rubber latches to open, there is a molded in recessed handle on the lid front for opening. The cooler lid seal merges at the bottom center of the lid. The area where the seal merges may have a slight gap which is normal. This gap compresses when the lid is latched closed.

Lid Water Seepage  In the unlikely event your cooler is upside down, water seepage will likely occur and does no constitute warranty replacement. 

Plastic Expansion  Plastic regularly expand and contracts give environmental conditions. The cooler lid and or divider may show signs of slight warping which is not covered under warranty unless performance of the cooler is materially impacted.

Ice Retention   Ice retention time is not warranted on any of our rotomolded or softside coolers. Ice retention is dependent variable which only you can manipulate to control the outcome. Cooler size, color, use, climate, ice quality, amount of ice, starting food and beverage temperatures, starting cooler temperature, how often the cooler is opened. Products must be returned directly to Siberian Coolers, in its original box or adequate packaging, freight prepaid at customer’s expense. Please include a copy of original sales receipt and the return authorization number with the product. 

Your original purchase receipt is your proof of warranty.
